2. What data we process
We only process the data you provide to us voluntarily:
- Contact / demo form: name, email address, phone (if you provide it) and the content of your message.
- Technical connection data: like any website, the server may log technical data (such as your IP address) for security and operational purposes.
We do not request special category data, nor do we profile users.
3. Purpose
We use your data solely to handle your request (book a demo, answer a question or reach support) and reply to you. We do not use it for third-party advertising, nor do we sell it to anyone.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent when you send us the form and on our legitimate interest in responding to your request.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up. After that, it is kept blocked for the applicable legal retention periods and then deleted.
6. Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. To run the service we rely on technology providers acting as data processors, including:
- the website's hosting provider;
- Cloudflare, which protects the contact form against bots (Turnstile service) and the site's availability.
If we add analytics tools or other providers in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@getbiga.com. If you believe we have not addressed your rights, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or loss.
