1. Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who browse with a keyboard, a screen reader or magnification. This statement is voluntary: it explains where we stand and what is still missing.
2. Legal situation
BIGATPV, S.L. (sole-shareholder company) is a microenterprise. Royal Decree 1112/2018 applies to the public sector, and the obligations of Law 11/2023 (European Accessibility Act) do not apply to microenterprises providing services. We are therefore not required to publish this statement, but we do so anyway.
3. Target
We are working towards level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. We cannot yet say the site fully meets them.
4. What we already have
- Every page declares its language (Catalan, Spanish or English).
- Keyboard focus is visible on links, buttons and fields.
- Form fields have their own label.
- Product demo animations stop when the system's reduced-motion preference is on.
5. Known limitations
- The animated product demos are presented as a single image with a short description; the detail they show inside cannot be explored with a screen reader.
- There is no link to skip straight to the main content.
- The downloadable food cost template (Excel) has not been reviewed against accessibility criteria.
6. How we assessed it
Through our own review of the site. No external audit has been carried out.
